Criteria:-
1. Qualification: BE (Mechanical)
2. Age: <28yrs
3. Experience: 1-4 yrs in Chemical/Petro Chemical Industries/Process Industries/Pharma/Cement/Power.
4. Reporting to: Manager Plant – Engineering
5. Function area: Engineering dept.
6. Salary 2.5-4 Lakhs
7. Academics : Should have passed with Min. 60% marks
8. Designation: Senior Officer – plant Engineering(Mechanical)
Able to plan and execute Preventive maintenance, Predictive Maintenance & breakdown maintenance
Analysis of Breakdowns – 5Y etc.,
Familiar with SAP transactions
Hands on experience in automated utilities like
• Compressors , Driers , Nitrogen plants
• Chillers , Cooling towers
• Water treatment plants – DM , Softner , RO etc.,
• Pumps, pneumatic, conveying systems.
• Boilers , Thermopacs etc.,
Should be familiar with ISO9001 & ISO 14001 systems
Should have involved in improvement project on equipments availability and energy conservation.
Capable to handle vendor management
Involvement in Energy conservation activities
Project management – Conceptualization , Design , Estimation , Scheduling and Implementation
